1.Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the atm4d2 website, games, sportsbook, promotions, account facilities, payment tools, and customer support services. By registering with atm4d2 or continuing to use any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this agreement together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling rules.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must not create an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or continue using atm4d2. The English version of these terms is the controlling version. Headings and summaries are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a clause.

2.Definitions

For the purposes of this agreement, the following expressions have the meanings stated below:

• Account means the personal player profile registered with atm4d2.
• Bonus Funds means promotional credit subject to specific wagering, game contribution, expiry, and withdrawal conditions.
• Cash Balance means cleared funds that may be used to place eligible wagers or withdrawn after required checks.
• KYC means identity, age, address, source-of-funds, and payment ownership checks required by atm4d2.
• Wager means a stake placed on a casino game, live dealer table, sports market, lottery product, poker game, or other available event.

3.Account Eligibility and Legal Responsibility

You may register only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are acting on your own behalf. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your location. Access from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or elsewhere does not imply that atm4d2 is authorised by a Malaysian government authority.

You must not access atm4d2 from a jurisdiction where online gambling or the relevant product is prohibited. We may refuse registration, restrict products, or close an account where required by law, international licensing obligations, risk controls, or platform policy. No employee, service provider, or person connected with game integrity may wager where doing so could create a conflict of interest.

4.Registration, Account Accuracy, and Security

You must provide complete and accurate information when opening an atm4d2 account, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, address, and any requested payment details. Nicknames or incomplete identity data may delay verification. You must promptly update information that changes.

Only one atm4d2 account is permitted per person. Duplicate, shared, transferred, or nominee accounts are prohibited. You must keep your password, verification codes, and account access confidential. Activity completed through your credentials may be treated as authorised unless you notified atm4d2 promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

atm4d2 may apply identity checks, device checks, security questions, or multi-factor verification. You must contact 24/7 support without delay if your password is exposed, your mobile device is lost, or an unfamiliar transaction appears.

5.Deposits, Payment Methods, and Account Balances

Deposits may be available through supported channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Availability, limits, and processing times may vary. A payment method must normally be registered in the same legal name as the atm4d2 account holder.

Third-party deposits, chargebacks, reversed transfers, and transactions from unauthorised sources are prohibited. atm4d2 may request proof of payment ownership or source of funds before crediting, wagering, or withdrawing a balance. A displayed balance does not create an unconditional payment entitlement if the credit resulted from a technical error, duplicate transaction, reversed deposit, or breach of these terms.

All MYR and RM figures are subject to the limits displayed in the cashier at the time of a transaction. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose separate limits or processing requirements outside atm4d2’s control.

6.Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

Promotions offered by atm4d2 may carry additional terms, including eligibility restrictions, minimum deposits, qualifying games, maximum bets, wagering multipliers, expiry dates, and maximum conversion or withdrawal amounts. The promotion-specific rules form part of this agreement.

Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements are completed. Different products may contribute at different rates; for example, slots may contribute differently from Sic Bo, live baccarat, poker, or sports betting. Attempting to exploit game weighting, place opposite wagers, coordinate accounts, or avoid bonus rules may result in removal of the promotion and related winnings.

7.Wagers, Sports Markets, and Game Results

A wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by atm4d2. You are responsible for checking the stake, selection, odds, market, and potential return before confirming. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be cancelled merely because the player changed their mind or made an input error.

Casino and Sic Bo results are determined by the applicable game rules and certified systems supplied by the relevant game provider. Sports wagers, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and live football markets, are settled using official results and the market rules displayed at the time of betting. Corrections issued by an official source within a reasonable settlement period may be applied.

atm4d2 may void or resettle a wager where there is a manifest pricing error, incorrect participant, duplicated market, event cancellation, technical malfunction, corrupted game round, or evidence that the outcome was already known. Any correction will be limited to restoring the account to the position that should reasonably have applied.

8.Withdrawals, Verification, and Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, payment ownership checks, completed wagering requirements, available balance, transaction limits, and account standing. atm4d2 may ask for a MyKad, passport, proof of address, bank statement, e-wallet evidence, or source-of-funds documentation where reasonably required.

Where practical, withdrawals should return through the same method used to deposit. E-wallet and DuitNow payments may process quickly after approval, while FPX or direct bank transfers may require additional time. Any advertised processing range is an operational target rather than an unconditional guarantee, as bank maintenance, incorrect recipient information, enhanced verification, and provider outages can cause delays.

You must review recipient details before confirming a request. atm4d2 is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the player. A withdrawal may be held while a security, fraud, payment, responsible gambling, or legal review is completed.

9.Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

You must not use atm4d2 for unlawful, dishonest, abusive, or commercially exploitative activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• using false documents, another person’s identity, or a payment method you do not own;
• opening duplicate accounts or coordinating wagers between related accounts;
• collusion, chip dumping, match manipulation, insider betting, or use of non-public event information;
• using bots, scripts, automated tools, prohibited software, or technical methods intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• exploiting game faults, delayed data, incorrect odds, promotion errors, or payment processing defects;
• laundering funds, concealing transaction origins, or using atm4d2 primarily as a payment-transfer service; and
• threatening support staff, disrupting the platform, or attempting unauthorised access to systems or player data.

atm4d2 may investigate suspected misconduct, withhold affected transactions during review, remove improperly obtained benefits, void affected wagers, restrict the account, or report relevant information where legally required.

10.Responsible Gambling

atm4d2 provides tools intended to help players maintain control, including deposit limits, loss limits where available, cooling-off periods, session reminders, and self-exclusion. You should set a budget before wagering and never use funds needed for rent, food, education, medical care, debt payments, or family commitments.

Self-exclusion requests are handled seriously. During an active exclusion period, you must not attempt to create another account or regain access using altered information. If gambling is causing financial or emotional harm, stop playing and review the support information on the Responsible Gambling page.

11.Account Suspension, Closure, and Dormancy

You may request account closure through atm4d2 support, subject to settlement of valid open wagers and completion of required verification. We may suspend or close an account where there is suspected fraud, duplicate registration, prohibited conduct, legal risk, security concern, prolonged inactivity, or a material breach of these terms.

Closure does not remove obligations that arose beforehand. Legitimately available cash funds will normally be returned after permitted deductions and required checks. Bonus Funds, promotional rewards, and benefits obtained through a breach may be removed. Open sports wagers may remain valid until settlement or may be voided where platform rules require.

12.Platform Availability and Limitation of Liability

atm4d2 aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, internet disruption, device compatibility, payment provider downtime, third-party game faults, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, atm4d2 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform interruption, player device failure, internet problems, unauthorised access caused by a player’s failure to secure credentials, or decisions made in reliance on sporting information. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13.Privacy, Records, and Communications

atm4d2 processes account, verification, payment, device, gaming, and communication data for account administration, fraud prevention, legal compliance, responsible gambling, and service improvement. Further details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Transaction records and server logs maintained by atm4d2 may be used to resolve disputes, subject to correction where reliable evidence shows an error. Service notices may be sent through the account interface, SMS, or other details you provide. Promotional preferences may be managed separately, but essential security and account messages cannot always be disabled.

14.Changes, Severability, and Governing Rules

atm4d2 may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal requirements, licensing standards, payment changes, new products, security improvements, or operational needs. Material changes will take effect on the date stated in the revised terms. Continuing to use the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right. These terms are interpreted according to the governing framework applicable to atm4d2’s international operations, while players remain responsible for compliance with laws in their own jurisdiction.

15.Contact, Complaints, and Dispute Review

Questions or complaints about these terms should be sent to atm4d2 support. Provide your username, the relevant transaction or wager reference, the date of the issue, and a clear description. Do not include your password or one-time verification code.
